TTT Suspended Floor Foundations

Build easily and affordably in flood management areas or on sloping ground with our specifically engineered Suspended Floor Foundations.
How it’s done

TTT Suspended Floor Foundations use TTT MultiPole SED piles and UniLogs for a combined Deep Pile Foundation and bearer system.

We’ll install your piles using high frequency vibration. We’ll then scallop their tops to fit UniLog bearers that are designed to receive joists for a timber floor or Tray-dec for a concrete floor. You’ll be able to re-level either of these floors following a future seismic event.

Benefits of this system

This will be based on your geotechnical report, and could involve the customisation of one or more of our existing foundation systems.

Additional design options

Our Suspended Floor Foundations can be used for your driveway or ramp. They can also accommodate a garage floor with a step detail, or houses designed with brick veneer cladding.

Geotechnical report

Site visit and installation

First of all, we’ll need a geotechnical report for your site. If you don’t have one of these, we’ll help you get one.

This will be based on your geotechnical report, and could involve the customisation of one or more of our existing foundation systems.

Our installation processes are fast and efficient. They’ll have minimal impact on neighbouring properties and will leave your site undamaged.

Issuance of PS3 and PS4 documentation.
